History
Soul Sister Swing started back in 1985 performing the 40s big band swing music along with the popular 60s girl groups and Aretha Franklin style soul.

They could be seen regularly on the Bert Newton show and performed all over Australia presenting corporate floorshows. They were known for their unique harmonies and toe-tapping repertoire.

Over the years there have been many changes but they have recently reformed with Gail Lambert (vocal/congas), Lynda Morrow (vocal/guitar) Carol McAlister (vocal/bass) performed at the 2019 Geelong Musos’ Reunion with Melanie Humphrey on saxophone and Charles Pedder on keyboard. As at 2023 Gail, Carol and Lynda were still performing in and around the Geelong region.
