By submitting your band’s biography to us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Agreement – By making a submission, you tacitly accept both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Agreement. Please review these policies carefully. Further, you acknowledge you have sort and obtained the “in principle” agreement of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Agreement for all persons mentioned in the “band members” section of the band submission.
Vetting and Editing – Making a submission does not guarantee publication of the submission. The site administrators reserve the right to vet all submissions for suitability and acceptability, edit any submission if deemed necessary (grammar, spelling, etc.), and veto any submission. The administrators also reserve the right, if necessary for whatever reason, to remove any previously published submission.
Submission Information – Your submission will be stored on our site for vetting purposes only. We may contact you for additional information or clarification. Please note that we will not share your submission information with third parties.
Publication – If your submission is accepted for publication, it will be posted on our website. Please note that we cannot guarantee a timeframe for publication.
